This shipping policy applies to orders shipped within USA and Canada. 

Delivery Timeline

Each piece of Jolhar jewelry undergoes a final hand-inspection before it is dispatched to you. Please note the following schedule:

  • Daily Cutoff: 5:00 PM (EST), Monday through Friday.

    • Orders placed after this window or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.

  • Boutique Handling: 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday).

    • This includes our quality assurance check and secure wrapping.

  • Transit Time: 10–12 business days (Monday – Friday).

  • Estimated Arrival: 10–15 business days total.

Tracking & Secure Delivery

For your security, all jewelry shipments are assigned a unique Tracking Number.

  • Live Updates: Once your order leaves our boutique, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor its progress.

  • Taxes: As we ship to USA & Canada, please be aware that orders may be subject to local taxes depending on your location.

  • Insurance: Every Jolhar shipment is fully insured until it reaches your door.

Delivery Support

If you experience any delivery issues, including damaged, or lost packages, please contact our customer concierge team immediately. We are here to assist you and help ensure your order arrives safely.

If your address needs to be updated after ordering, please contact our customer concierge team immediately. We will ensure your package gets sent to the new updated address.

If your package is delayed or hasn't arrived by the estimated date, please contact our concierge team immediately. We will coordinate with the carrier to ensure your jewelry is recovered or replaced.
