At Jolhar, we want our jewelry to be a part of your story. If your new piece doesn’t perfectly complement your style, we offer a seamless 30-day return and exchange window to ensure you find exactly what you’re looking for.
1. Return Window & Conditions

30-Day Policy: You have 30 days from the date your jewelry is delivered to request a return.

Pristine Condition: To be eligible, jewelry must be unworn, free of scratches or signs of wear, and returned in its original Jolhar gift box with all authenticity certificates or tags attached.

Final Sale Items: For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned. Custom-engraved pieces or "Final Sale" items are also ineligible for return. These will be clearly noted on the product page.
- Restocking Fee: $0 — we do not charge any restocking fees.

Request an Authorization: Email info@jolhar.com with your order number. Let us know if you'd like a refund or an exchange for a different size/metal.

Secure Your Shipment: Place the jewelry in its original presentation box and pack it inside a sturdy shipping box (padded mailers are not recommended for fine jewelry). Include all original paperwork.

Return Address: We will provide the correct return warehouse address.

Ship It Back: Follow the instructions in our reply email and drop your package at the designated carrier.

4. The Inspection & Refund Policy
Every returned piece undergoes a thorough inspection by our quality assurance team to verify its condition and authenticity.

Processing Time: Once received, please allow 3–5 business days for our team to inspect your return.

Refund Issuance: Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, this typically appears within 7 business days.
